“Wow! The stress and worry of maintaining a home! I’ve purchased my 1st home five years ago. I purchased an older home with a 18yr old roof. I understood that I’ll have to replace it soon. This year was a rainy one, an area in my roof started leaking!
I’ve paid several contractors to fix this one area several times and this leak continued! I was referred to Proshield by one of my customers back in March of this year. Mrs. Brittany with Proshield was awesome and informative of the roofing issues and options I should consider. I pondered for months on these options for months because at this point I’m frustrated and tired of paying for this same issue over and over again. Mrs. Brittany must’ve kept me in mind. My roof started leaking again in September; so here I am again. Mrs. Brittany called me to follow up one day out of the blue. I said Mrs. Brittany I’m stressed and frustrated lol.
Long story short Mrs. Brittany set another inspection appointment to come and take a look at my roof again! I work long hours Monday Thru Friday. Proshield went out of their way to meet with me on a Saturday as I wanted to be present. That’s the icing on the cake for me. Proshield is usually not working on the weekend. Mr. Owens came out on his day off even though he and his daughter had a birthday party to attend on this Saturday. That speaks volumes for me.
Mr. Owens inspected my roof again plus he also went into my attic in which no other contractor has done. Mr. Owens was professional and easy going. He explained his findings but more so he educated me on the warranty that would be offered with a full roof replacement. Proshield is a GAF Elite contractor which gave me so much relief. That was my deciding factor lifetime warranty!
The process went smooth. Mr. Owens team arrived early around 6am and we’re finished within 7hrs. A team of 8 workers. They were awesome. The clean up was awesome and considerate; I watched that team use magnetic tools making sure no nails were left behind. I also had leftover materials in which they left for me( most contractors take your leftovers even tho you paid for them) I highly recommend Proshield roofing! The process, professionalism, and honesty, patience with my schedule and even the over and beyond meticulous workmanship took all my worries and stress away.
