In the case that there are more extensive damages to your roof, you will also be entitled to a 10% discount on any larger roof repairs.
Insurance companies require documentation when submitting a claim, if you don’t have the proper proof that your roof was not neglected, then you may have to end up coming out of pocket for a new roof or any large repairs.
